Licensed medical providers:

Once approved:
- Your prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy
- Medication is prepared and shipped directly to your home

Do you meet qualifications?
You may qualify if you:
- Are struggling with weight management
- Have a BMI over 30
OR - Have a BMI of 27 or higher with certain weight-related health concerns
Every patient completes a medical evaluation with a licensed provider to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Treatment may not be appropriate for individuals with:
- Pregnancy or plans for pregnancy
- History of pancreatitis
- History of diverticulitis
- Certain thyroid conditions
- Certain endocrine disorders
A licensed provider will review your medical history to ensure treatment safety.

Booking & Appointment Process
Step 1 — Schedule Your Appointment
A deposit is required for all weight management appointments.
Step 2 — Complete Required Forms
Forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment or your appointment will be canceled and require rescheduling.
Step 3 — Meet With Your Provider
- In-person appointments typically take about 10 minutes
- Virtual appointments are completed through telehealth
Step 4 — Provider Reviews Your History
If you are currently on a medicated weight loss plan you must know your current medication dose before your appointment. Missing information may delay prescription processing and cause you to have to have another appointment.
Step 5 — Prescription Sent to Pharmacy
Please allow up to 24 hours for prescriptions to be processed and sent to the pharmacy.
Step 6 — Medication Shipped to You
Most medications arrive within 7 business days. If you do not receive your shipment within that timeframe, contact us for assistance.
